During the warranty period, if the product encounters any technical faults, customers will receive free repair services or a product replacement.

LIST OF WARANTY OFFICE

Grill stove & mini gas stove in general: 6 months from the buying date

Double and Single Gas Stoves: 24 months from the date of purchase

The product is still within the warranty period.

The product has a valid warranty label, warranty card, and purchase invoice.

The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.

The product is no longer within the warranty period.

The product is missing the warranty label, warranty card, or purchase invoice.

The product is damaged due to misuse, external impact, or natural disasters.

At the warranty center, technicians will inspect the product and determine the cause of the malfunction.

If the product meets the warranty conditions, the technician will proceed with free repair or replacement of components.
